 No good deed goes unpunished.” As most people would say. In the cold, autumn season of Dallas, Texas, we follow a simple human being. An Average- Joe. 18-year-old Samuel Connie Clark is just tying to get by in life. He is one semester away from being a graduate, working a part-time job that often treats him like dirt, two best friends that help him out with his troubles, and living in a cruddy apartment with his young, struggling mother. Everything goes from simple to crazy when Sam is selected to go on a business trip to England. From what seems like a promising opportunity, comes something new. Sam is involved in an accident, left in a coma and when he awakens, he finds himself with a gift. Super speed. From there, the craziness upgrades as Sam gets involved with the crowd of people like Fulton Bruning- who is trying to save what is most important to him through any means necessary. Sam learns that in life, everything has consequences, and these dire outcomes can affect every aspect of his life, all while trying to juggle both school, work, home life, issues, and other responsibilities.
